1. Who these terms are with

Loro is operated by PEGUIM TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 54.316.599/0001-04. Questions about these terms can be sent to matheuspeguim@gmail.com.

By creating an account, starting a trial or using Loro, you agree to these terms.

2. What Loro provides

Loro is a web product for SEO/GEO operations. It learns from your business sources, finds organic opportunities, drafts or publishes content, and measures results per asset.

Some product modules are still being built and may be operated with assisted onboarding during pilots. Product illustrations and example numbers on the landing page are examples unless explicitly marked as your data.

Loro also offers a free site analysis: you provide an email and site URL, and Loro emails you the resulting opportunities. These marketing emails are optional and include a one-click unsubscribe.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for using a valid work email or Google account and keeping account access secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us quickly.

Access to the authenticated product requires login. Access to paid areas depends on the subscription status recorded by Loro from Stripe webhooks.

4. Customer content and connected services

You keep ownership of the content, site data, Search Console data, CMS content, business knowledge and instructions you provide to Loro.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect sources, share business information and allow Loro to process or publish content for your business.

If Autopilot is on, Loro may publish approved workflow outputs to connected CMS destinations. If Autopilot is off, outputs are kept as drafts for review where the feature supports that mode.

You remain responsible for reviewing regulated, medical, legal, financial or other high-risk claims before publication. Loro blocks obvious unsupported claims where possible, but it is not a licensed professional review service.

5. Subscription, trial and cancellation

The public launch plan is Loro Autopilot: US$100/month or R$550/month, with a launch offer of 50% off for the first 12 months and a 7-day free trial before the first charge.

Checkout, payment method updates, invoices and cancellation are handled through Stripe. You can cancel without a penalty in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Unless a mandatory rule or a written agreement says otherwise, paid billing periods already charged are not refunded automatically.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use Loro for illegal activity, infringement, malware, deceptive content, spam or unauthorized scraping.
• Do not submit secrets, payment card numbers, passwords or data you are not allowed to process.
• Do not try to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, billing, security controls or third-party service terms.
• Do not use Loro to publish claims that your business cannot substantiate.

7. Third-party services

Loro depends on services such as Stripe, Google, Resend, Neon, PostHog, hosting providers, CMS platforms and AI model providers. Their availability and rules may affect the service.

You may need separate accounts, permissions or credentials for connected services such as Search Console or a CMS.

8. No ranking guarantee

Search engines, AI answers and CMS platforms are third-party systems. Loro can help produce and measure better organic assets, but it does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, revenue or approval by any platform.

9. Intellectual property

Loro, the software, brand, interface and underlying systems remain owned by their operator. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use Loro-generated drafts and published outputs for your own business.

Feedback may be used to improve the product without creating an obligation to compensate you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if billing fails beyond the allowed grace period, if the account creates security risk, or if these terms are materially violated.

You may stop using Loro and cancel the subscription through the billing portal. We will handle account data according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current public version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
